Pulsar Gamesoft YouTube API Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pulsar Gamesoft accesses, processes, stores, and uses information obtained through YouTube API Services.

Pulsar Gamesoft uses YouTube API Services as part of an internal system designed to understand public feedback related to Pulsar Gamesoft and its products.

1. Use of YouTube API Services

Pulsar Gamesoft uses the YouTube Data API to discover publicly available videos related to Pulsar Gamesoft and its products and to retrieve public comments associated with those videos.

The current implementation processes public YouTube information and does not require users to sign in with a Google or YouTube account.

2. Information We Process

The system may process and temporarily store:

• YouTube video identifiers;
• YouTube comment identifiers;
• public comment text;
• comment publication timestamps;
• public comment like counts; and
• timestamps related to when the information was collected by our system.

The current implementation does not intentionally store:

• comment author names;
• YouTube usernames;
• author channel identifiers;
• profile images;
• IP addresses;
• physical location information; or
• private YouTube content.

3. Data Minimization

Before public comment text is stored, Pulsar Gamesoft applies automated processing intended to reduce unnecessary identifying information.

The current system attempts to redact patterns such as:

• email addresses;
• web URLs;
• direct user mentions; and
• phone-number-like patterns.

Because YouTube comments consist of user-generated free text, automated filtering cannot guarantee that every piece of identifying information voluntarily included in a comment will be detected.

Pulsar Gamesoft does not intentionally use this system to identify individual YouTube users.

4. How We Use Information

Information obtained through YouTube API Services is used internally to understand feedback related to Pulsar Gamesoft products.

This may include identifying:

• product feedback;
• reported bugs and technical problems;
• recurring issues;
• feature requests;
• commonly discussed topics; and
• trends relevant to improving our products and player experience.

Pulsar Gamesoft does not sell YouTube API Data.

Pulsar Gamesoft does not use this information for targeted advertising or to build advertising profiles.

5. Automated and Artificial Intelligence Processing

Where permitted by applicable platform requirements and approvals, Pulsar Gamesoft may use automated systems and artificial intelligence services to analyze product feedback.

This may include:

• categorizing feedback;
• sentiment analysis;
• identifying recurring topics;
• identifying commonly reported issues;
• identifying feature requests; and
• generating aggregate summaries or metrics.

These analyses are intended to produce insights about Pulsar Gamesoft products and not to create individual profiles of YouTube users.

Pulsar Gamesoft does not intentionally use this system to infer sensitive characteristics of individual users.

6. Data Storage and Retention

The current system uses Google Cloud infrastructure for storage and processing.

The system is designed to process recent public comments and to limit the retention of stored YouTube API Data.

Stored YouTube comment data in the current implementation is automatically subject to a 30-day retention period in the primary analytics storage.

Pulsar Gamesoft does not intend to retain source YouTube API Data indefinitely.

7. Service Providers

Pulsar Gamesoft may use third-party service providers where necessary to operate this system.

The current implementation uses Google Cloud services for infrastructure, storage, data processing, and related functionality.

Where artificial intelligence functionality is used, information may be processed by applicable Google Cloud or AI services under their respective terms and data-processing arrangements.

Pulsar Gamesoft does not sell YouTube API Data to third parties.

8. Privacy and Deletion Requests

Users may contact Pulsar Gamesoft regarding information processed through this system, including reasonable requests concerning information that Pulsar Gamesoft controls and can identify.

Because the system intentionally minimizes identifying information, a requester may need to provide sufficient information to identify the relevant public YouTube comment or record.

Where information has already been irreversibly anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with an identifiable person or source record, Pulsar Gamesoft may no longer be able to identify an individual contribution within that aggregated information.

10. Data Security

Pulsar Gamesoft uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information processed by this system from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or loss.

Access to stored information is limited to authorized personnel and services where required for operation.

API credentials and similar secrets are not intended to be exposed publicly.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Pulsar Gamesoft may update this Privacy Policy when its use of YouTube API Services, infrastructure, data-processing practices, or applicable requirements change.

When changes are made, the Last updated date shown at the beginning of this policy will be updated.
