Pulsar Gamesoft maintains separate privacy policies for specific products and platform integrations.

Pulsar Gamesoft Discord Bots Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pulsar Gamesoft accesses, uses, stores, and, where applicable, shares information through its Discord bots and related Discord services.

This policy currently applies to Pulsar Ticket IA, which provides automated assistance in support ticket channels, and Pulsar Moderator, which provides moderation and scam-image detection features.

By interacting with these bots or participating in Discord channels where they operate, information may be processed as described below.

1. Information We Process

Pulsar Ticket IA

Pulsar Ticket IA processes message content posted in supported ticket channels in order to understand support requests and generate automated responses.

The bot may also process limited Discord information necessary for its operation, including channel identifiers, message information, staff roles, channel names, and technical timestamps.

Pulsar Ticket IA may retrieve a limited number of recent messages from ticket channels for operational purposes such as determining ticket status, detecting empty tickets, and managing ticket lifecycle functions.

The current implementation does not intentionally collect profile information such as avatars, presence information, activities, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or physical location.

Pulsar Moderator

Pulsar Moderator processes Discord message attachments when its scam-image detection functionality is enabled.

For supported image attachments, the bot may temporarily download the image into memory and calculate technical fingerprints, including cryptographic and perceptual image hashes.

The original image is not intentionally stored permanently by Pulsar Moderator after processing.

The moderation system may store the resulting image hashes together with limited moderation metadata, such as the Discord user ID of the staff member who added an image to the blacklist, the date it was added, and an optional moderation reason.

Pulsar Moderator does not currently use artificial intelligence or OCR to analyze these images.

2. How We Use Information

We process Discord information only as necessary to operate, secure, moderate, troubleshoot, and maintain Pulsar Gamesoft's Discord services.

Pulsar Ticket IA uses ticket messages to provide automated support, determine whether automated assistance is active, and manage ticket-related functionality.

Pulsar Moderator uses image fingerprints and Discord metadata to identify known scam images and may, depending on configuration, delete matching messages or temporarily restrict the Discord member who submitted them.

We do not sell Discord user data.

We do not use information processed by these bots for targeted advertising or advertising profiles.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Pulsar Ticket IA uses the OpenAI API to generate automated support responses.

When a message is eligible for an automated response, the text of the user's current message may be transmitted to OpenAI together with Pulsar Gamesoft's support instructions and internal Grand Truck Simulator 2 support knowledge.

The current implementation does not intentionally include Discord usernames, Discord user IDs, staff roles, channel names, attachments, or a multi-message conversation history in the request sent to OpenAI.

OpenAI processes this information as a third-party service provider and operates under its own applicable terms, privacy policies, and data-processing practices.

Pulsar Moderator does not send moderation images to OpenAI or another external AI image-analysis provider.

4. Message Processing

Pulsar Ticket IA is designed to process messages in ticket channels matching its configured ticket-channel rules.

It is not intended to analyze general server conversations outside that ticket scope.

For operational ticket management, Pulsar Ticket IA may retrieve a limited amount of recent message history from ticket channels.

Pulsar Moderator does not use the text content of messages for its scam-image detection functionality. It processes supported image attachments and associated technical attachment metadata.

5. Image Processing

When Pulsar Moderator evaluates an image, the image may be downloaded from Discord's infrastructure into memory for processing.

The bot may inspect technical attachment information such as file name, content type, size, and URL and calculate image fingerprints used for comparison against known scam images.

Image bytes are not intentionally retained as permanent local files after processing.

Image hashes may remain stored as part of the moderation blacklist until they are removed by authorized staff or through system maintenance.

6. Information Storage and Logs

Pulsar Ticket IA maintains limited operational state used to determine whether AI assistance is enabled for a ticket and whether certain ticket lifecycle actions have already occurred.

The bot also generates operational logs. These logs may contain technical information such as channel identifiers, channel names, operational events, error information, and AI-generated responses.

AI-generated responses may be recorded in operational logs and may contain information related to a user's support request.

At present, some operational logs do not have a fixed automatic expiration period and may remain stored until they are manually deleted, rotated, overwritten, or removed as part of system maintenance.

Pulsar Moderator may retain image hashes and associated moderation metadata. It does not intentionally retain copies of the original images.

7. Discord Permissions and Gateway Intents

Our Discord bots request Gateway Intents and permissions required for their functionality.

Both Pulsar Ticket IA and Pulsar Moderator currently use Discord's Message Content Gateway Intent.

Pulsar Ticket IA requires access to message content in order to understand support requests and generate responses.

Pulsar Moderator uses Discord message events and attachment information to perform image-based moderation functions.

The current implementations do not require Discord's Presence Intent or Server Members Intent.

8. Automated Moderation

Pulsar Moderator may automatically take action when an uploaded image matches an image fingerprint contained in the moderation blacklist.

Depending on the bot's configuration, these actions may include deleting the associated Discord message and temporarily restricting the Discord member responsible for posting it.

Authorized Pulsar Gamesoft staff may also use moderation tools manually.

These features are intended to help protect the community from scams, abuse, and other prohibited activity.

9. Sharing of Information

We do not sell Discord user information.

Information may be shared with or processed by third-party service providers only where necessary to provide the functionality described in this policy.

For Pulsar Ticket IA, the current text of a support message may be transmitted to OpenAI for the purpose of generating an automated response.

Discord also processes information as the platform through which the bots operate.

Pulsar Moderator does not currently send image contents to an external AI or image-analysis service.

10. Data Retention

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending on their operational purpose.

Some technical state may remain until a ticket is deleted, the relevant state is replaced, or it is removed during maintenance.

Moderation image hashes and associated metadata may remain until removed from the moderation blacklist.

Operational logs may remain until manually deleted, rotated, overwritten, or removed during system maintenance.

We do not currently promise a fixed retention period for every category of Discord bot data.

11. Data Security

Pulsar Gamesoft takes reasonable technical measures to protect information processed by its Discord bots and limit access to information required for their operation.

Discord bot credentials, API keys, and similar secrets are kept outside the public source repository.

Runtime logs, operational state, and other local bot data are also excluded from the public source repository.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

12. Privacy Requests

Users may contact Pulsar Gamesoft regarding information processed by our Discord bots, including reasonable requests related to access or deletion of information that we control and can identify.

Because information processed by the bots is generally associated with Discord identifiers rather than real-world identities, we may request sufficient information to identify the relevant Discord account, ticket, message, or moderation record.

Requests can be sent to:

13. Third-Party Services

Our Discord bots rely on third-party services, including Discord and, for Pulsar Ticket IA, OpenAI.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

This Privacy Policy describes information processing performed or initiated by Pulsar Gamesoft and does not replace the privacy policies of those third-party services.

14. Children's Privacy

Our Discord bots are intended to operate within Discord communities and are not designed to independently collect personal information from children outside the normal operation of Discord.

Users are responsible for complying with Discord's applicable age requirements and Terms of Service.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our Discord bots, infrastructure, data-processing practices, or applicable requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the Last updated date shown at the beginning of this policy.
